Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: All non-customized orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.
  • Customized Orders: Personalized or custom-engraved products require a production time of 5-7 business days before shipping.
  • Bulk Orders: Large or wholesale orders may require additional processing time depending on the size of the order. We will communicate any delays or extended timeframes.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Domestic Shipping (USA):
    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after processing.
    • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days after processing.
    • Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order at checkout.
  • International Shipping:
    • We ship to select international locations. Shipping times and rates vary depending on the destination country.
    • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Free Shipping

  • Free Shipping is available for orders over $125 within the continental United States. This applies to standard shipping only.
