At Unhinged Prints, we are committed to providing high-quality gifts and goods. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we want to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please review our refund and return policy below.
Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with photos of the item and packaging so that we can review the issue and assist you accordingly.
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to this return policy.
Refunds
- Eligibility: Refunds will only be issued for non-customized items returned in their original condition. Items that have been damaged or altered will not be eligible for a refund.
- Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@customizedcollective.com and we will assist you with the exchange process.
